We are a friendly and busy medical outpatient endoscopy clinic based in Oakville, Ontario.

Registered Nurse
​We are a prestigious, high-profile medical centre housing an endoscopy clinic and several GI offices in Oakville.
We have one part time (casual) Registered Nurse position open. We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our great team: people who share our passion for delivering excellent, patient-focused, expert care. 
The ideal candidate will possess compassionate care and communication skills. The candidate must work well as part of a team. We need someone who is organized, hardworking, a quick learner, and patient oriented.

The general responsibilities:
  • Admitting patients for procedures,
  • Assisting the doctors in the procedure rooms,
  • Recover sedated patients,
  • Administration of infusion medication,
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation,
  • Starting I/Vs
Qualifications:
  • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Valid ACLS certification is required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Committed to professional development and strong knowledge of policy and practice standards.
Experience
  • Minimum one year’s recent experience required
  • Experience in caring for sedated patients
  • I/V skills
  • Experience in endoscopy clinics will be an asset.

Medical Administrative assistant
​We are looking for a full time medical administrative assistant.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and phone skills, good problem solving skills, will take initiative and be able to work with little to no supervision, and work well as a part of a team. We need someone who is organized, hardworking, a quick learner, and people oriented. Good computer/typing skills, are required.

The general responsibilities include scheduling appointments for procedures. Patients need to be admitted for their appointments, and all of their files need to be up to date. All documents need to be organized and processed including data entry, faxing, scanning, mailing, and filing.

Previous medical experience of two years or more is required. Please reply by sending your resume with a cover letter.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
